How can I open an account in SportBro?

 

In order to register an account in SportBro, click "Sign Up" at the top right corner of the website. Registration process is required only once and it will last just a few minutes.

Can I have more than one account with SportBro?

 

No, you can only have one account in SportBro.

I have forgotten my username and/or password. What shall I do?

 

In order to reset your password please click on the "Login" form at the top right corner of the website, choose "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. If you have forgotten your username, please contact our Customer Support Service by sending a e-mail to [email protected] and your username will be recovered once your identity is confirmed.

How to change my registered email address?

 

Currently you cannot change your email address by yourself, however if you have a serious reason to do so, please contact SportBro Customer Support Service by sending a e-mail to [email protected].

How can I update my data?

 

SportBro allows you to update some personal data at the section "Edit Profile" in your account. Some data (Username, Mobile phone, Email, and etc.) may not be changed.

Do I have to upload any documents?

 

The procedure of "Account verification" is performed if you requested withdrawal via credit card. You must prove your identity, address and credit card.

How do I place a bet?

 

When you have already chosen the event you want to bet on, just click on the game outcome you want and the bet you’ve chosen will appear in the bet slip on the lower right corner of your screen. Once the bet slip has opened, enter the amount that you wish to bet, and the bet slip will automatically calculate your potential winning. Click on "Place bet" to make your bet. Next you will see the notification "Your bets have been successfully placed!". The bet amount will be deducted from your account balance automatically.

How can I see whether my bet was accepted?

 

Once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet" in the bet slip, you will receive confirmation of acceptance, if the bet has been placed successfully. Each bet you place will appear in your account under "Play history".

How can I see the history of my bets?

 

In order to view your bets, please enter the section "Play history" in your account. Choose the period, the category and the hour when you placed the bet in the Filter and click the button “View history”.

I placed a bet by accident. What shall I do?

 

Unfortunately once you have confirmed your bet by clicking on "Place bet" the bet is accepted and can no longer be cancelled. Check your choice once more before you make a bet.

What bet types can I place in Sports?

What currencies can I bet with?

 

You can bet with currency chosen upon registration. The following currencies are currently acceptable to bet at SportBro: TRY, EUR.

Can I change currency in my account?

 

No, you are not allowed to change your currency after registration.

How can I deposit money into my SportBro account?

 

Click on the red button "Deposit" at the top right corner of the website and follow the instructions. You can make deposits quickly and easily via the international payment systems Visa & MasterCard or popular local money transfer services. The list of accessible payment methods you'll find in your account at the section "Deposit".

Can I make a deposit into my friend's SportBro account?

 

No, you can't do it. A player can replenish only his own account with his personal funds. The card/account/wallet can be used for making a deposit only if their holder’s data match with the SportBro user’s data.

How can I make a withdrawal through SportBro?

 

Enter the section “Withdrawal” in your account, find the same method used for depositing and follow the instruction.

It is not possible to withdraw back to the deposit method. How may I withdraw?

 

It is important to note that a small number of payment systems do not allow us to pay funds back. In this case your win will be returned via an alternative method. The list of accessible options you can see at the section “Withdrawal”.
